Shipping & Delivery Information

For orders totaling less than £100, we offer standard shipping to all items delivered within the UK Mainland. The shipping cost is £25 and you can see this on your order and can be viewed in your shopping cart or estimated during checkout using the 'Estimate Shipping' button.

Orders exceeding £100 qualify for free delivery within the UK Mainland on a single shipment basis. Shipping becomes more efficient (or FREE!) when multiple items are included in a single order.

Order Confirmation:

Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email to you. At this stage, we pre-authorize your payment method. We then verify the availability of your desired items with our warehouse or suppliers. If any items are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we inform you via email. Once the items are ready for dispatch, we process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

You can specify any specific delivery requirements in the 'Order Notes' text box during checkout. We are highly flexible, so please share your requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Most items advertised are typically in stock and are dispatched from our UK storage facilities. Delivery times depend on the stock status, which is indicated for each product.

Please note that standard shipping is available for UK Mainland addresses only, and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal working hours (8am - 6pm). Weekend deliveries can be arranged at an additional charge.

All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt, and pallet deliveries are usually dropped off at the curb-side.

It's important to check the delivery upon receipt, and any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified.

For orders weighing less than 2kg, Royal Mail post is used, while larger parcels are sent via ParcelForce carrier service. Pallet deliveries are handled by Palletways carrier service. Installations are conducted by the manufacturer's team under our supervision.

Specific Delivery Date Orders: While we strive to deliver on specific dates, we cannot guarantee it due to third-party carrier constraints.

Order Cancellation/Refused Deliveries: You can cancel your order for a full refund before it's shipped or ordered from the manufacturer. If canceled after shipping, you're responsible for incurred freight charges. Refusing delivery without damage results in liability for outward and return freight charges.

Restricted Access: Inform us of any access restrictions for delivery vehicles to avoid non-delivery situations. Customers are responsible for carriage charges and restocking fees if an item doesn't fit through doors/stairwells.

Delivery Terms: Deliveries are typically made within 4 to 6 working days, though times may vary during holidays. You may need to assist in moving items into your premises.

Liability: Exercise methods carry risks; seek medical advice before trying new exercises. Users must understand equipment usage for safety.

Installation: Clear the installation space and provide access details. Additional charges apply for installations above/below ground floor or outside the main building. Customers may assist or opt for a 2-man installation at extra cost.

Footwear Note: Our team wears safety footwear for their safety; kindly refrain from requesting them to remove it.

For hotel, school, or health club use, check with GymFitnessUK for suitability.

Heavy Product Installation: Ensure proper installation by using a licensed builder/contractor. GymFitnessUK isn't responsible for installation integrity.
